Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sabyasachi Barik

Thank you for choosing our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted for services purchased from Sabyasachi Barik (“I”, “me”, “my”, “Service Provider”).
1. General Policy
- Refunds are issued only in specific eligible cases as mentioned below.
- As an individual service provider, all services are delivered digitally or through scheduled sessions, therefore refunds are limited.
- By making a payment, you accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
2.1 Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally make the same payment twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
2.2 Payment Failure
If the payment is deducted from your bank/UPI/card but not confirmed by PayU, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 3–7 working days.
2.3 Service Not Delivered
A refund may be issued if:
- The service you paid for was not delivered,
- And you raised a request within 48 hours of payment,
- And there is valid proof.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after the service has been delivered
- You fail to attend or join a scheduled session/class
- Delay caused due to internet issues, device failure, or connectivity problems from your side
- Once digital content or software access has been delivered
- Once onboarding, training, or consultation has already been provided
- Partial usage of the service
All customized or personalized services are strictly non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation before service start.
- Cancellation after service delivery, activation, or scheduling is not allowed.
- If a cancellation is approved, only the service fee is refunded (payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable).
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card).
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before raising a bank chargeback, users should contact me directly.
I will help resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
Unnecessary chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.
